Disclosure

Short answer. No exchange, platform or trading venue pays Pennsylvania Predictions, sponsors it or has any say in what it publishes. This page states that plainly and explains where the site's outbound links lead.

Relationships

Pennsylvania Predictions has no commercial relationship with any exchange or platform named on this site. None of the venues whose prices appear here pays the publisher, Market Movers Media Inc., for coverage, buys space, shares revenue with it or supplies anything of value, and no agency or affiliate does any of that on a venue's behalf. Nothing is for sale on the site, so there is no placement to buy. If an arrangement of that kind ever begins, this section will name the other party, describe the arrangement and give the date it started, and the page will carry the date of the change.

Advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial or legal advice. A page reports what a market implies about a Pennsylvania question and what the public record says about it, and stops there: no page says which side of a contract to take, which venue to use or when to act. Whether a person in Pennsylvania may trade a given contract is not answered here either. The legal status page sets out Pennsylvania's sports wagering law, the Gaming Control Board's published statements and the court record, each dated, and draws no conclusion.

Editorial independence

No exchange or platform reviews, influences or pays for any page on this site. Venues do not see pages before publication, do not choose which Pennsylvania contracts are covered and do not shape how a contract, a race or a club is described, or when a page is revisited. Prices reach the site through Prediction Genius, the data supplier, as each venue quoted them; the desk does not set or adjust them and never presents one as its own forecast. Coverage follows what the exchanges list and what the record supports.

A link to a venue appears in one place only. On a market page, a quoted price links to that contract's own page at the exchange that priced it, at the address the data supplier gives for the contract; the site never builds a venue address itself and adds no referral tag, affiliate code or tracking parameter to one. Those links open in a new tab and carry rel="nofollow noopener", so search engines do not follow them. Cards, rails and section pages name a venue in plain text and link nowhere. A daily game card links to that game's page on Prediction Genius, and the time stamp on a price block links to Prediction Genius as the source of the prices. Every other outbound link goes to a public document that a sentence cites, such as a statute, a court filing, a regulator's letter or a league schedule. There are no sign-up buttons or referral links anywhere on pennsylvaniapredictions.com, and the publisher earns nothing when a reader follows a link.
